Karen Dejo is a Peruvian actress and dancer who was born in 1980. She has appeared in numerous Latin American television presentations. Dejo started her career as a model, and later performed as a ballerina in the TV Show La Movida de los Sabados with "Jeanet Barboza". After this she joined the band Alma Bella, which was followed by her appearance in the controversial video-spot "Jugo de Tamarindo" with Julio Andrade. She subsequently performed in the internationally-broadcast telenovela ''Besos robados'' in 2004. Dejo has appeared in roles in ''Chicha tu madre'' and ''Talk Show''. She has appeared also in theater, and has also worked in a circus.
